The basics
What is TextMint, in one sentence?
TextMint is an AI employee on WhatsApp. It builds your business a real website, sets it up to take orders, bookings and payments, then watches your sales and tells you the next move.
What does the website actually do?
More than look good. It takes orders, bookings and payments, so customers can pay you on the site. Later it can add customer logins, a members only area, and automatic order and booking updates. It is a website, not an app you download.
How is this different from Wix or ChatGPT?
Wix waits for you to log in and build it page by page. ChatGPT writes words but does not give you a live site that takes payments. TextMint does both. It builds the website, wires up payments, and texts you first when there is a real reason to reach a customer.
If you are just starting out
I do not have a website yet. Can I still use TextMint?
Yes. That is the point. Just text TextMint about your business and it builds your first site in about a minute. Share the link and customers can order, book and pay right away.
What if I already sell on Instagram or WhatsApp?
Keep doing that. TextMint gives you a real website to send people to, so they can order and pay in one place. Your details stay yours and you can export them any time.
Payments and trust
Will TextMint send anything to my customers without me seeing it?
No. Every message to your customers is a draft first. You always get a text with the draft, who it will go to, and when it will send. Reply YES to send. EDIT to change. NO to skip.
How does the proactive part work?
TextMint watches your orders each day. When a customer has not ordered in a while, or someone looks ready to buy, it texts you with a draft you can run. You stay one reply away.
How often will it text me?
About 2 to 6 messages a month. Only when there is a real reason. Reply STOP and it will hold off.
Privacy and control
Is my data safe?
Yes. We never sell your data. We do not share your list. We follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and CASL. Read the privacy page for the full story.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Reply CANCEL to TextMint and we close your account. You keep a copy of your details.
Where do messages to my customers come from?
From your business, not ours. The name your customers see is always yours.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Free to build a real site and see it live. Starter is ₦10,000 a month: your website goes live and takes payments, and we handle the payment rail. Growth is ₦25,000 a month: run more of your business from one website, with customer logins, a members only area, and automatic order and booking updates. Pro is ₦60,000 a month: add your team so extra people get notified about orders and bookings.
Can I try it for free?
Yes. Building a real site and seeing it live is free. Just text TextMint and start building. You only move to a paid plan when you want your site to go live and take payments.
